BUYER’S PREMIUM

In auctions, the Buyer's Premium is a charge in addition to the Hammer Price (the winning bid) of an auction item (or lot).

The winning bidder is required to pay both the Hammer Price and the percentage of that price called for by the Buyer's Premium.

Jaybird Auctions charges a 20% Buyer’s Premium.

INVOICE + PAYMENT

Invoices will be sent to your email address on file with LiveAuctioneers within 72 hours of the close of the auction.

Payment should be made online directly through the LiveAuctioneers portal, and is due upon receipt of the invoice.

For a smoother checkout experience, we recommend storing your card on file with LiveAuctioneers.

Wire transfer or a cashier's check is required for purchases over $2,500 and for vehicle purchases.

Shipping is always invoiced separately.

SALES TAX

Online purchases from Jaybird Auctions may be subject to sales tax — please read this for more details.

If you are tax-exempt, please upload a copy of your certificate to your LiveAuctioneers profile prior to the auction to prevent the collection of tax.

REFUNDS + RETURNS

All sales are final — no items may be returned for any reason, and no refunds will be given.
