Pick-up APPOINTMENTS

All items are eligible and available for pick-up:
• All pickups are by appointment only.
• Pickup dates for each auction will be posted in the terms of the auction, as well as on the invoice.

It is highly recommended that you bring your own help to load items, as a member of the warehouse staff may not always be available to assist.

PICK-UP DEADLINE

Please note you have 14 days from the close of the auction to retrieve your items. Unless prior arrangements have been made, items left past 14 days will be considered forfeited without refund.

SHIPPING OVERVIEW

While Jaybird Auctions does offer shipping, we do not ship all items.

Please refer to the description in the individual item listing to see if shipping is available for that item.

• Items listed as “In-House Shipping” will be packed and shipped by Jaybird Auctions and the buyer will be invoiced for shipping separately.

• Items listed as “Third Party Shipping Required” means the buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements.

• Items listed as “Local Pick-Up” require special care in transit and therefore are not eligible for drop-off.

IN-HOUSE SHIPPING

Items listed as “In-House Shipping” will be packed and shipped by Jaybird Auctions.

The buyer will be invoiced separately for this cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from the close of the auction on all in-house shipping items.

THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING

→ average home delivery-size

Items listed as “Third-Party Shipping Required” means the buyer is responsible for booking shipping arrangements.

For a quote, you will need:
• Dimensions (found in the original listing).
• Weight (which can usually be found online).
• Average arcade game weighs 200 - 250 lbs.
• Average pinball machine weighs 250 - 300 lbs.

Our warehouse has ground-level loading only (no loading dock).

We DO NOT have a forklift available for pallet pickups — and we DO NOT offer palletizing service. Please consider using our suggested shippers who do not require items to be palleted.

• By Appointment Only. Shippers MUST make an appointment and MUST provide paperwork for what they are picking up. Shippers must give 24 hours notice prior to arriving by calling (240) 344-6885.
